The company is the owner of232.5 ha of land in the village of Ddmashen, Gegharqunik region of
RA.102ha of the land is supposed to be used for the construction of greenhouses, where is
intended to implement open and closed ground production for which an investment project is
prepared. In case of interest we can provide the investment project. The investment plan is
oriented towards involving financial means for the continuation of construction of the semiconstructed greenhouses as well as for construction of new greenhouses, for the reparation of
already existing administrative and household buildings, purchasing necessary raw materials for
the implementation of cultivation of appropriate flowers and vegetables. According to the
investment plan it is intended to implement open and closed ground production by cultivating the
following products 1.Closed ground - carnation, tomato, cucumber and pepper 2. Open ground potato and garlic.
Taking into account the fact that some work has already been started on the232.5 ha of the
land, the investment plan proposes possible investment versions for the business development -
1st scenario Construction of unfinished greenhouses (5ha ) value - 1.428.760 USD, capital
improvement (administrative, household and road improvement value - 800.000 USD,
purchasing raw material value - 173.740, tomato (1ha ) 29 -662 USD, cucumber (1ha ) 30362
USD, pepper (1ha )- 39104 USD, carnation (1ha ) 44.318 USD, potato (1ha ) 27632USD, garlic
(1ha ) 2662 USD, other costs - 100.000USD, total - 2.502.500 USD, five years net profit -
3.018.304 USD. The project covers export potential of the goods. During the upcoming 5-20
years of the project it is possible to enlarge the production and start exploiting of both open and
closed ground. Detailed financial analysis are outlined in the project.

The weather conditions in Ddmashen are favorable for the cultivation of high quality
production.310 days in the year are sunny, the solar radiation level is 2.000 J/cm2 and the
harvest duration is from 9 to 10 months on average In addition to the production of flowers and
vegetables, the land is a starting point for the development of several business perspectives,
such as processing of garlic powder, cultivation of field flowers, production of basalt thread and
basalt plastic and use the additional energy as a power source for the greenhouses.
