Project Plan: It is planned to introduce large biomedical and pharmaceutical enterprise group majoring in medical scientific research, production and service trade in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Section in Chengde to invest building biomedical projects, thus forming a chain linking production enterprises, scientific design and research academy and herb planting base.

建設(shè)條件：項(xiàng)目擬選址在承德張百灣新興產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)內(nèi)，該區(qū)交通便利，緊鄰國道112線，距灤平縣城10公里、京承高速灤平出口23公里，到北京僅1個半小時車程；京通鐵路和正在建設(shè)的張?zhí)畦F路經(jīng)過園區(qū)，并在區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有客貨兩用站；水資源充沛，灤河流經(jīng)27公里，徑流量19立方米/秒；淺層地下水即可實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)近期供水，規(guī)模為10萬噸/日的供水廠正在建設(shè)中；區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有35KV、110KV、220KV變電站各一座，承德西500KV變電站和園區(qū)專用35KV變電站即將建成投入使用；天然氣管道在區(qū)內(nèi)建設(shè)中轉(zhuǎn)站一座、門站五個；現(xiàn)有處理能力為2萬噸/日的污水處理廠一座，并可提供中水回用，規(guī)劃建設(shè)處理能力為16萬噸/日的第二污水處理廠1座，一期6萬噸/日工程已開工建設(shè)。
Construction Conditions: the project is to be built in Zhangbaiwan New Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengde. The location features convenient transportation and adjoins to No. 112 National Highway, 10km from Luanping County, 23km away from exits of Beijing-Chengde Highway and 1-hour drive away from Beijing. The Beijing-Tongliao Railway and the Zhangjiakou-Tangshan Railway which is being built pass through the Park. And stations for passenger and cargo trains are established in the zone. The water resources here is rich. And 27km of Luanhe passes here, with volume of runoff is 19 cubic meters per second. Shallow groundwater is enough to supply short-term water of the zone. And a water supply plant with a capacity of 100,000tons is being built. Now, there are three transformation stations with a capacity of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV separately. A transformation station of 500KV and the station of 35KV which is built especially for the zone are not being built for production. There is one transfer station and five gate stations, one sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 20,000tons/day to recycle water. And it is planned to build a sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 160,000tons. The first phase of this plant with a capacity of 60,000tons is finished.
